Corona crises and no end in sight: The effects of this pandemic can be felt in all areas of society. And the economy also has to face the enormous challenges of this exceptional situation.

Thus, Georg Schlegel GmbH has taken measures to remain able to act in these uncertain times and to master the balancing act between preventive health care and continued operation of the company.

We would like to explain to you what we have done to ensure that we can continue to supply you and to be available for all your questions and concerns.

The health of our employees is always the top priority. For this reason, hygienic measures have been strengthened since the beginning of the crisis and our employees are kept informed regularly. They were also asked to adhere to the known hygienic recommendations and not to shake hands for greeting.

The company early decided to postpone planned customer visits to our company and to cancel all business trips of our employees. This naturally also applies to our field service. Of course, the employees can still be reached by phone and e-mail.

In order to reduce the risk of infection in the company and at the same time to ensure production capability, we have divided the workforce into two shifts working alternately. The change in a weekly rhythm ensures that the employees of the respective shifts do not meet each other.

However, these protective measures also result in a reduced production. We therefore ask for your understanding if the delivery of ordered material may be delayed.
